A respected nonprofit in Greater Hartford is hiring a Part-Time Education Manager to lead and grow middle and high school specialty programs that help students develop financial literacy, career readiness, and life skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement and expand specialty programs across schools
- Build and maintain relationships with educators, volunteers, and community partners
- Manage program delivery for quality, consistency, and impact
- Track outcomes and maintain data and program records
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in nonprofit programming or K–12 education with program management
- Volunteer or stakeholder engagement experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and nonprofit databases
