Customer Analytics Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Customer Analytics Specialist to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives—particularly direct mail and advertising campaigns—on customer behavior and call volume. This role will play a key part in helping the company make strategic, data-backed decisions to improve marketing ROI and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer data to evaluate the impact of direct mail, email, digital, and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on call volume trends and customer engagement patterns.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate campaign performance to leadership.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call conversions, response rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Identify customer segments for targeted marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategy with data insights.
• Use tools like Excel, Access, or BI platforms to extract and manipulate data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with customer data, CRM systems, or call tracking software.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights.
