- Provide medical care and first aid as needed from 3:15–5:15 PM
- Administer medications in accordance with student health plans in emergency cases
- Communicate with families, school-day nurses, and program staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of all medical interventions
- It is mandatory for the Nurse to report where needed, when needed, be responsive to phone calls from the program staff immediately, and work directly with the Lead Teachers of Passport to Learning program - doing anything they ask you to do.

Role Overview
We are seeking a certified school nurse to support the Passport to Learning (PTL) after school program. The PTL Nurse plays a critical role in ensuring student health and safety during after school hours, managing medical needs, addressing emergencies, and collaborating with PTL staff and families as needed.
