Floating Elementary Apprentice Teacher (Bilingual Spanish/English) SY26/27
Come grow into the teacher you imagine yourself to be at Hoboken Dual Language Charter School (HoLa), where we offer a traditional curriculum in an innovative Spanish-English dual-language setting.

In this role, you will help raise student achievement and support Spanish-language development through individual and small-group instruction, collaborative planning, team teaching, classroom coverage, and behavioral support. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple lead teachers, experience different grade levels and teaching styles, and develop a broad range of classroom skills.
This position offers an excellent pathway to becoming a lead teacher for recent graduates and professionals transitioning into education. You will learn classroom skills and instructional best practices through HoLa’s professional development program, hands-on experience, coaching, and collaboration with experienced educators.
Designated as a Model Program by the New Jersey Department of Education, HoLa gives teachers the opportunity to inspire future global citizens in culturally and linguistically diverse classrooms.
