What You’ll Do
- Own and grow relationships with national and regional chain accounts
- Identify and onboard new key accounts, strategically expanding our presence across the retail landscape
- Build and execute seasonal sales strategies that drive sell-through, increase market share, and reflect our brand DNA
- Bring an entrepreneurial lens to every account — spotting white space, testing ideas, and thinking beyond the standard playbook
- Use data-driven insights and retail math to forecast, track performance, and manage order flow with precision
- Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, marketing, merchandising, and operations to bring collections to life at retail
- Analyze sales trends weekly to uncover opportunities, flag risks, and guide future decisions, and anticipate risks before they hit.
- Travel ~30% of the time to accounts, doors, and key events to build relationships and elevate the brand
What You Bring
- 5 years managing, developing, and expanding national or regional chain accounts in fashion, accessories, footwear, or consumer goods
- Proven ability to identify potential new accounts and grow them into long-term, high-performing partnerships
- A strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical mindset — you spot white space, build solutions, and back them with data
- Mastery of retail math, forecasting, and inventory management; you turn insights into action
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Collaborative and agile, with the ability to work seamlessly across internal teams and levels
- A deep passion for product, fashion, and craftsmanship — you understand the brand and the customer

Nice to Have
- Experience with fashion accessories, handbags, or footwear
- Familiarity with national department stores and specialty retailers
