Who You Are
- An individual who is able to anticipate obstacles and take initiative to communicate and problem-solve before/as they arise.
- Experienced or qualified in a related field, and/or demonstrates strong graphic design skills.
- Continuously expanding knowledge of relevant software, techniques, industry trends, and the customer.
- An open-minded team-player who takes constructive feedback gracefully and works collaboratively toward the bigger picture.
- Excellent at managing time and multitasking while also maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Work independently and collaboratively with Leadership, Clients, peers, and cross-functional Teams to complete basic design assignments and file prep.
- Review final designs and files to ensure project objectives have been met and all aspects are consistent with Department/Corporate Brand Standards.
- Enter and monitor project information in MARVIN and other Team records.
- Perform basic administrative tasks like tracking statistics and preparing reports as needed.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required
- Professional design experience helpful
- Adobe Creative Suite skills required
- Proficient Mac skills
- Proficient Excel skills
