- Experience with DSLR cameras and professional photography equipment.
- Working knowledge of studio lighting, exposure, composition, color, and basic photographic principles.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Bridge.
- Ability to perform basic-to-intermediate photo editing and retouching.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle differences in color, lighting, positioning, and image quality.
- Ability to follow established photography standards while using good judgment when photographing products with unique requirements.
- Comfortable working in a production environment with quality and productivity expectations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple products and priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to accept direction and feedback and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Dependable, adaptable, and willing to learn new processes and techniques.
- Professional product, commercial, retail, or ecommerce photography experience.
- Experience photographing a broad range of products, materials, sizes, and finishes.
- Experience working in a high-volume photography or production studio.
- Experience with Capture One and tethered photography workflows a plus.
- Familiarity with Mac computers and macOS.
- Understanding of ecommerce product imagery and how photography supports the online customer experience.
- Experience with color correction and preparing images for digital use.
