What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lease Auditor position at Hobby Lobby Stores?

Hobby Lobby is a privately held corporation that is looking for a qualified person to fill a Lease Auditor position. This is a full-time, hourly position, which is located in the Corporate Offices at SW 44th and Council in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

There is no relocation assistance with this position.

This position is for Lease Auditor.

FUNCTIONS :

Review and reconcile billings from Landlords for monthly, quarterly, and annual expenses for Common Area Maintenance and Insurance in accordance with the provisions of property leases.
Communicate clearly with others and systematically problem-solve issues.
Resolve lease-related billing issues.

Requirements

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook (intermediate level).

Strong basic math skills.

Entry level accounting and general ledger experience.

Accurately analyze and process billings / reconciliations.

Strong interpersonal organizational skills.

Comfortable and efficient working in a fast paced, team environment.

Must meet deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
