Duties
- Provide crisis intervention and management services to individuals facing housing challenges
- Assist clients in navigating property management procedures and legal aspects related to housing
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in achieving housing stability
- Familiarity with property management software such as OneSite, Yardi, and knowledge of LIHTC is a plus
Experience
- Previous experience in crisis intervention, social work, or related field
- Knowledge of property management, and laws
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
- Familiarity with property management software like OneSite, Yardi, and LIHTC is advantageous
Qualifications
-2 years of college/associates degree
-valid driver's license and insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
