What you'll be doing:
As a Sales Associate, you will be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll make each customer feel valued by providing personalized recommendations to help them find their perfect outfit.
Who you'll be:
You'll be someone who can
- Greet customers with confidence, offering tailored advice and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Develop deep product knowledge, answering customer questions with ease.
- Handle transactions accurately with careful attention to detail and assist with stock control processes such as processing shipment, assist with operational tasks and VM updates.
- Assist in all tasks required to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
