What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for potential customers, you'll play a vital role in helping our business grow by:
- Calling warm and cold leads from company-provided lists
- Building rapport and engaging homeowners in conversation
- Identifying qualified residential HVAC prospects
- Scheduling maintenance appointments for our technicians
- Explaining the benefits of our maintenance programs using proven scripts
- Tracking calls, appointments, and results in our CRM system
- Overcoming objections with confidence and professionalism
- Meeting and exceeding appointment-setting goals
