What are the responsibilities and job description for the Organic Blueberry Farm - Hand Weeding - Short Term position at Hobbit Hill Farm LLC?
Hobbit Hill Farm LLC is a small, family owned and operated, USDA certified organic, pick-your-own blueberry patch.
We currently have an opening for a hand weeding position. The position is part-time (about 2 hours a day), outdoors, and flexible. Great for folks who enjoy being outside and moving!
This position will involve removing weeds around blueberry plants by hand. Work will be outdoors and is physical - working on the ground. Prior experience with gardening, plant identification, or outdoor work is a plus!!
An ideal candidate will be self motivated, able to take direction, detail oriented, able to work independently, and up for the demands of physical and outdoor work.
Prior experience is helpful but not necessary. Training is provided.
Approximately 10 hours a week. Hours are flexible but morning is preferred. Approximately 2 hours a day, Monday- Friday. Does not have to be every day.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
