We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily operations at our RV repair shop. This role is essential to keeping our office running smoothly and providing excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Create, process, and manage customer invoices
- Accept and process customer payments accurately
- Maintain and organize office space, including general office cleanup
- Create and manage the repair shop schedule for technicians and appointments
- Order parts and supplies as needed and track deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and files (digital and paper)
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills, including invoicing or accounting software (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Office setting within an RV repair facility

- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
