Job Description:
SUMMARY
This position is responsible for all duties associated with inventory accuracy, put-away operations, and cycle count activities within the warehouse. The employee plans and coordinates their own work and the work of lower-level parts processors, providing guidance and support while referring unusual or complex issues to the supervisor. This position is responsible for monitoring inventory accuracy, supporting process improvements, and ensuring timely and accurate put-away and cycle count completion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
These are the most significant job duties performed. The size, scope and complexity of assigned duties and responsibilities are dependent on the level and experience of the incumbent. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each assigned essential duty satisfactorily. Other responsibilities or special projects not specifically listed below may also be assigned.
- Perform tasks as directed by the Manager.
- Directs day-to-day activities of the team.
- Set clear goals and motivate the team to achieve goals.
- Monitors team performance and provides constructive feedback.
- Interact with team members to receive their feedback, give direction, and help resolve problems.
- Collaborates with Team Leads in across departments to ensure parts are processed correctly and on time.
- Conducts training of new parts processors and cross training of existing parts processors.
- Maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Creates a pleasant and professional work environment that inspires the team.
- Actively looks for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Backup other team leads, and Manager as needed.
- Keeps work area in order and readily participates in housekeeping duties, 5S.
- Supports and maintains a safe workplace, including observing all safety rules.
- Order supplies (indirect and or direct).
- All other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no direct or indirect supervisory responsibilities.
- Supervise the team in the absence of the Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Work Experience:
- Accredited High School diploma or GED.
- 1 year(s) experience in a warehouse environment with parts.
- Receiving parts (stock and non-stock).
- Shipping parts (Domestic and International).
- Good interpersonal skills with emphasis on ability to work in a team environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to be flexible in working overtime, different shifts, and weekends.
Desired Education/Experience:
- Associate degree
- Experience with powered equipment

Hours of Work:
- 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday
- Overtime / Extended hours may include nights and/or weekends.
