This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician located in Denver, CO. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on foodservice equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering field service solutions promptly. Additionally, this role involves providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring satisfaction with every service performed.
- Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair of foodservice or similar equipment
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues
- Experience in Field Service, including on-site equipment assessment and resolution
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction
- Experience in preventative Maintenance practices and scheduling
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and ability to comply with travel and on-site work requirements
