Qualifications/Skills/ Educational Requirements:
Level of Formal Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Years of Experience: 1 year
Type of Experience: Previous experience in scheduling, workforce management, or staffing coordination (healthcare or senior living preferred)
Special Certifications: N/A
Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties.

Job Description
Staffing & Scheduling
- Develop, manage, and maintain staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage based on census, acuity, and operational needs.
- Coordinate shift assignments, replacements, and last-minute call-offs to maintain compliance and continuity of service.
- Assist to monitor overtime, labor costs, and staffing efficiency; proactively adjust schedules to align with budget goals with leadership approval.
- Partner with department leaders to forecast staffing needs
- Ensure scheduling practices remain compliant with company policy and applicable labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and reporting.
- Assisting with screening applicants for clinical department and coordination with TAS on all recruitment efforts of the clinical department
- Championships in a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented workplace culture
- Lead initiatives that promote employee recognition, appreciation, and engagement
- Support onboarding experiences for new hires to ensure strong cultural integration
- Coordinate team-building activities, celebrations, and engagement events
