Job Description:
Safely Operate draw benches to provide our customers with products of the highest value, quality, and performance.
Operate safely and identify/correct unsafe situations.
Follow work Instructions and process specifications for machine setup and production.
Keep track of drawbench changeovers.
Complete machine setup/changeover in a timely manner.
Read micrometers.
Perform routine quality checks/Visual inspections
Enter quality checks into Route Card.
Place nonconforming products on hold.
Monitor the draw bench to ensure production of quality product.
Report maintenance issues as they arise.
Communicate with PCs, Team Leads, Process Techs, Maintenance, etc.
Perform housekeeping to meet expectations.
Must be willing to operate other equipment if needed.
Qualifications
Previous Draw Bench experience preferred.
Ability to meet production rates.
Able to lift approx. 65 pounds continually.
Possess excellent time management skills.
Be a driven self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
Able to meet expectations for safety and attendance.
Possess an excellent quality record.
Possess an excellent attitude, communication, and teamwork skills.
Obtain and maintain a valid Forklift License
