Assists in maintaining relationships with other departments within the Company. Assists in maintaining relationships with the community and the profession. Assists in maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors and professionals servicing the Company or property. Oversee and participate in leasing team performance, providing training, support, and feedback to ensure success.Collaborate with the Community Manager to develop and execute effective marketing and advertising strategies.Show units and run applications for screening; Assists in supervising the Leasing Staff and Maintenance Personnel, if appropriate; Assists in preparation of advertising and marketing program; Visits competitive properties and assists in preparation of regular market surveys; Assists in preparation of weekly and monthly reports; Review rental applications and lease forms for accuracy and compliance with resident policy; Review credit and criminal records to ensure screening criteria is met; Assists residents with lease forms; Make recommendations to improve marketing and leasing programs; Log appropriate accounting transactions as they take place; Accept screening fees; Answer the phone and take messages; Collect rent, post and deposit as directed. Qualifications High School education or equivalentAble to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formYou have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and softwareAble to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the propertyWe’re invested in you — because your well-being fuels your success.
