What You’ll Gain at Coast Zero-cost medical, dental & vision optionsPaid time off that grows with you – plus your work anniversary day off!401(k) with company matchOngoing professional development and growth plans at every levelEmployee wellness support – including mental health, HSA contributions, and innovative wellness accessMeaningful work that connects you to a mission, not just a buildingThis Is More Than a Job — It’s Your Opportunity to Make a DifferenceDuties and Responsibilities:Comprehensive knowledge of ADP systems and functionality Lead and manage the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and payroll.Oversee employee evaluation programDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.Develop reports to manage data from all HR representativesOversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.Collaborate with department managers to develop training programs that enhance employee skills.Conduct audits to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.Lead efforts to promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation.Report to senior management on personnel performance, trends, and HR initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Extensive experience with ADP platforms, including payroll and HRIS modules 5–7 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site organization.Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Proficiency in HR systems and software, including MS Office Suite.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.We’re invested in you — because your well-being fuels your success.
