What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Coordinator position at Hoar?
Implement Crisis Control Plan- Assist with weekly job site safety inspections
- Assist with daily guardrail / hole cover / safety net inspection
- Attend daily/weekly safety meetings
- Assist with verifying materials being installed match submittals and contract drawings
- Help maintain QAP Program in Procore
- Assist with material tracking log and material being on-site
- Assist with development of final punch list
- Understanding of project schedules
- Assist with RFI and submittal processes
- Document control management
- Attend weekly trade partner meetings
Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent- Must be able to work 40 hours per week
- Desire to pursue a career in the construction industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License required
