Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and a great communicator? We're looking for a Property Management Coordinator to join our team in providing high-end property management services for luxury homes/estates in West Hawaii.
About the Role:
As part of our coordination team, you’ll be coordinating vendor work, communicating with homeowners, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally. You'll need to be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule vendor services
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide timely updates
- Track and manage tasks using property management software (ASANA)
- Assist the property management team with inspections and reporting
- Ensure follow-through on outstanding projects and repairs
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience in property management or hospitality preferred
- Must pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license required
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, Sunday–Thursday
- $25–$30/hour, depending on experience
