Role Details
- Schedule: Fulltime, Monday - Friday
- Setting: Outpatient

- Team: IBD Specialists, Motility Specialists, Colorectal Surgeons, Foregut/Bariatric Surgeons, Advanced Endoscopy Providers
- Staff: Dedicated and experience support staff
- EMR: Epic
- Start Date: 2026 (Ideal)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient specialty care for patients with Gastroenterology conditions including: IBD, Chron’s disease, colitis, GERD, reflux disease, ulcers, and other medical conditions
- Manage care for new and established patients, screenings and follow-up appointments. Dedicated administrative time allotted
- Perform procedures including colonoscopy and endoscopy, cancer checks
- Collaborate with Primary Care and Specialists
- Contribute to program growth through collaboration, education, and innovation
- Support patients and families with clear communication, counseling, and longitudinal care planning

Qualifications
- Board certified or Board eligible in Gastroenterology
- Board certified in Internal Medicine
- Demonstrated experience diagnosing and managing Gastroenterology patients and conditions
- Graduate of an ACGME-accredited training program in Gastroenterology
- California medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current BLS and DEA
- Training in ERCP and EUS Procedures is valuable but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to compassionate, family-centered care
- Interest in clinical research, innovation, and program development
- Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary, team-based environment
