What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at HOA Management?
Need immediately Full Time Maintenance Techinicain, Monday thru Friday 7-4. Will require a Saturday on an occasions. Will require that this person be on rotation with others to take care of the emergency phone on weekends. Must be knowledgeable in making exterior repairs and or upgrades to units or clubhouses from anything to installing gutter guards, gutter repairs, cleaning gutters, roof repairs, chimney repairs, siding repairs, repairing doors and windows, painting, minor pool repairs, minor irrigation repairs or upgrading a clubhouse. This person cannot be afraid of heights cause this position will require being a ladder every day. This position requires that the person we hire does exceptional work. This person needs to have at least 3 to 5 years experience, have a valid drivers license, be dependable and good with communing with clients.
