The successful candidate will work within a SAFe Agile environment and contribute to the planning, analysis, and implementation of enhancements for Medicaid IT-Contracted Systems and their integration with the broader Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to align IT solutions with business strategies.
- Formulate systems that parallel overall business goals, focusing on business process reengineering and technology optimization.
- Prepare solution options, risk assessments, and financial analyses including cost/benefit evaluations, ROI studies, and build vs. buy recommendations.
- Write detailed descriptions of user requirements, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify applications.
- Utilize industry-standard methodologies for business process mapping and reengineering to improve operational effectiveness.
- Serve as an IT stakeholder across various initiatives involving MES vendors.
- Provide project oversight, documentation, and delivery tracking for application enhancements.
- Support development of standardized processes and documentation to ensure alignment with agency direction and integrated solution strategies.
