Summary:
POSITION OVERVIEW Provides case management services to Native American individuals and their descendants in our 39 county area through individualized planning, barrier removal, and coordination of employment, training and educational opportunities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: 1. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. 2. Associate's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, Workforce Development or a related field preferred. ESSENTIAL: 1. Valid driver's license, dependable transportation and proper insurance. 2. Must promote a healthy, non-abusive lifestyle and serve as a positive community role model. EXPERIENCE: 1. Minimum of one (1) progressively responsible employment in field involving direct contact with the public. 2. Experience in case management, preferred. 3. Experience with federal programs, regulations and eligibility criteria, beneficial.
