This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional gaming experience while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and professionalism on the casino floor.
Essential Job Functions
- Monitor and document guest play including wager amounts, play duration, buy-ins, and wins/losses.
- Maintain proper table inventories and perform fills and credits as needed.
- Issue and inspect playing cards and dice at the start of each shift.
- Support personnel functions including training, development, coaching, evaluations, and corrective action.
- Supervise and instruct dealers in proper game procedures, accuracy, and service standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling and coordination of ongoing training needs.
- Resolve guest service issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and departmental procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, team member, and guest information.
- Follow and enforce all required safety standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and adapt to scheduling needs based on business demand.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of Table Games experience, including experience as a Dealer or in supervisory roles (Floor Supervisor, Pit Supervisor, Shift Manager Trainee, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and player tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of table games rules, procedures, and internal controls.
- Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.
- Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally.
- Must be able to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License and possess a valid Driver’s License.
