Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service by actively assisting guests on the gaming floor
- Respond promptly to slot machine issues and guest requests
- Perform minor machine repairs and resets as needed
- Process and verify hand-paid jackpots in accordance with internal controls
- Replenish ticket voucher paper in machines
- Explain game features, payouts, and jackpots to guests
- Create player accounts and issue player cards
- Assist guests with beverage service requests
- Maintain security of assigned equipment (keys, radios, handheld devices)
- Handle guest concerns professionally with empathy and ownership through resolution
- Support team members and maintain a positive work environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Attend required trainings and assist with onboarding of new team members
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience)
- Prior customer service experience required
- Gaming or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using mobile devices, tablets, and basic computer systems
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment

- Casino environment includes exposure to secondhand smoke and noise levels
- Role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
