EXECUTIVE MANAGER-CASINO

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: HCG NEKOOSA Department: HCG-N Executive

Wage: Negotiable Summary: POSITION OVERVIEW The Executive Manager

oversees all aspects of the casino property which ultimately enhances

every interaction of our guests and employees; customer service is our

top priority for both internal and external guests. MINIMUM

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: 1.Masters or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business

Administration or Finance. ESSENTIAL: 1.All casino employees will be

subject to the Criminal and Background restrictions of the Ho-Chunk

Nation. 2.Must be bondable and hold a gaming license throughout

employment. 3.Must maintain a valid driver\'s license, liability

insurance, and dependable transportation. EXPERIENCE: 1.Minimum of five

• years progressive experience in operations, financial planning or
  
  

administrative areas. 2.Four (4) years\' experience in Management of

Hospitality and/or Casino Operations. 3.Sales and Marketing experience

Preferred. 4.Experience Of Managing Budgets, Preparing Cash Flow
