POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for establishing and tracking performance metrics, developing workforce-related cost savings, and conducting financial, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning all of which ultimately enhances every interaction for our guests and employees; customer service is our top priority for both internal and external guests.
PERFORMANCE-BASED JOB FUNCTIONS AND OBJECTIVES
1.Manages, tracks and reports on performance metrics used to evaluate marketing initiatives andprograms daily.
2.Interprets, evaluates, and interrelates research data and develops integrated business analysesand projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making daily.
3.Performs specified data analyses and studies as requested, and develops and presents ad hocreports in support of various initiatives weekly.
4.Act as liaison to the Slot and Finance departments within gaming facility to provide analyticinformation and business data reporting daily.
5.Performs market research on gaming trends weekly.
6.Practice excellent guest service and hospitality skills daily.
7.Be knowledgeable and detail-oriented daily, in all aspects of the departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
8.Facilities with an ancillary site may include travel between site locations at a minimum, once per week.
9.Communicate with professionalism in an audible, clear voice and a positive attitude daily; whether face-to-face or on the phone.
10.Develop, monitor and manage designated operating budget monthly and annually.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required.
ESSENTIAL:
1. All casino employees will be subject to the Criminal and Background restrictions of the
Ho-Chunk Nation.
2. Must be bondable and hold a gaming license throughout employment.
EXPERIENCE:
3. Minimum of three years gaming experience.
4. Marketing management experience is preferred.
5. Must have feasibility analysis writing experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED
1. Must be skilled in computer programs used to provide data, reports and analysis of information regarding the Players Club
2. Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
3. Must have the math skills needed to analyze and produce reports for evaluation.
4. Must understand and use critical thinking and problem-solving mechanisms, as well as use sound judgement.
5. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Must be able to accurately keep records.
7. Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
8. Must have working knowledge of market research techniques.
9. Must have business case writing skills.
10. Must have working knowledge of financial statement analysis techniques, ratio and statistical methodology.
11. Must work well as part of a team.
