Assisting in the search and hiring for a close friend of the firm who is looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant & Assistant Property Manager.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and resourceful individual to serve as both Executive/Personal Assistant and Property Management Support for the owner of a privately held real estate investment and management company. This role requires exceptional discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to seamlessly balance executive support with hands-on property management responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and thrives under pressure while maintaining professionalism. You will regularly interface with C-suite executives, household staff, tenants, vendors, and third-party management firms, representing the company and its owner with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
This is a critical leadership-support role for someone ready to take ownership of projects, manage competing priorities, and drive tasks to completion while adding value across all aspects of the business.

Required Experience: 3 years Executive/Personal Assistant (strongly preferred) or 3 years Personal Assistant, and/or 3 years Property Management experience – or a combination of these three roles. Must have valid Driver’s License and own a reliable vehicle.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain schedules and calendars for CEO/Owner, confirming appointments, both professional and personal
· Event planning; professional and private, such as dinner parties, social and holiday parties, meetings etc.
· Correspondence and administrative projects as assigned
· Coordinate travel for the Executive including flight reservations, hotel accommodations, events, and excursions in addition to preparing Executive for travel
· Run personal errands as needed
· Drive owner and others to appointments or arrange transportation
· Provide property management on several privately owned income properties
· Maintain inventory in several storage units
· Keep Vehicle maintenance updated including but not limited to fuel, oil change, alignment, and tire pressures etc.
· Personal requests and other tasks as assigned
· Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises with oversight from other team members and
· Assist in accomplishing financial objectives by confirming and collecting rents
· Assist in maintaining properties by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, coordinating the inspection of vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscapers
· Assist in managing and negotiating pricing with venders for various construction and maintenance projects
· Maintains building systems by working with CBRE and other third party property management firms for contracting maintenance services and supervising repairs.
· Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
· Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience
