With our historic growth, it is an exciting time to join our team of employee-owners. **What You’ll Do:** Research data sources, gathers data, and conducts analysis of data for use in projects. Identifies planning and analysis strategies using tools such as GIS, traffic, or safety software to manipulate data, assess scenarios and perform project analysis. Investigates and evaluates the planning processes and technical solutions that best meet the project needs. Coordinates internally and externally with project team members, including other discipline areas involved with the project. Prepares maps, exhibits, and presentation materials for projects. Conducts research on issues, policies, and concepts pertaining to planning. Assists in the development of conceptual planning alternatives for urban and transportation planning projects. Drafts sections of and performs tasks related to the preparation and production of plans, studies, reports, and environmental documents for transportation and infrastructure projects. May participate in public process and stakeholder facilitation. Performs other duties as assigned. **What You’ll Need:** Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Engineering or related field and 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Engineering or related field and 1 year of relevant experience **Primary focus will include:** Supporting transportation infrastructure projects through comprehensive public involvement Supporting outreach activities including public meetings, stakeholder briefings, open houses, and other in-person events. Developing content include presentations, flyers, website updates, email blasts, social media posts, talking points, and other written materials. Maintaining detailed records including meeting notes and documenting correspondence with members of the public, stakeholders, and government entities. Developing robust public and stakeholder involvement plans to guide outreach activities.
