We are seeking a Data Scientist II to partner with stakeholders and clients to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver scalable, practical outcomes. As one of the first new team members in a growing technology and data practice, this role requires a high degree of ownership, adaptability, and initiative, helping improve how we work with data, build reusable tools and workflows, and foster a culture of learning, transparency, and continuous improvement. Success in this role means delivering insights, helping teams better understand their data, and enabling smarter decision-making over time—ultimately driving practical business impact. **What You'll Do:** Analyzes large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Builds and validates predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques. Collaborates with stakeholders to define problem statements and data requirements. Develops and maintains data pipelines and model deployment workflows. Conducts A/B testing and evaluates model performance. Mentors junior team members and contributes to knowledge sharing. Presents findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Performs other duties as assigned. **What You'll Need:** Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, computer engineering, or information systems and 2 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, computer engineering, or information systems and 1 years of relevant experience, or In lieu of education, 6 years of relevant experience **What You'll Bring:** Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data. Experience programming in Python for data analysis, automation, or building data-driven solutions. Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker), or a strong interest in developing these skills. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data tools (e.g., Microsoft Fabric or similar), or a demonstrated willingness to learn. Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier) or a strong interest in building automated solutions. Experience or interest in using AI to solve problems.
