This opportunity entails developing and/or configuring software of moderate scope and complexity. This position uses established knowledge of development languages, troubleshooting skills and data modeling. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction. This position leverages modern development practices, including AI‑assisted development tools, to improve code quality, accelerate delivery, and support continuous learning.
**What You’ll Do:**
Develops and/or configures software of moderate scope and complexity.
Resolves tier 2 and 3 support inquiries by addressing intermediate issues and following standard practices and defined solutions in addition to knowledge and experience. Redirects or escalates incidents and requests as needed.
Performs unit testing for a variety of programs, verifies tests are correct and meet their design, ensures written code is performing as intended.
Creates and maintains quality assurance and production environment deployment documents for internal reference and utilization.
Designs simple system specifications.
Participates in code reviews.
Installs and configures developer tools
Mentors Level I developers and participates in cross training.
Performs other duties as assigned.
**What You’ll Need:**
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and 2 years application development experience, or
In lieu of education, 6 years application development experience including .Net/C#, T-SQL/SQL, or JavaScript.
**What You'll Bring:**
Independently solves problems of moderately high complexity.
Proficient in at least one programming language. Expanding knowledge in other programming languages. (Azure, JavaScript, Python, .Net/C#, T-SQL/SQL)
Understands the components of software configuration, data management, machine learning, integrations and reporting.
Effectively mentors junior colleagues.
