Marketing Team Lead- Proposal Development

This opportunity entails being responsible for writing/leading proposal and interview preparation for large/complex pursuits, while managing and overseeing the success of junior team members. Collaborates with pursuit teams in developing win strategies. What You’ll Do: Responsible for leading team members and assigning daily assignments. Writes and leads qualification packages, proposals and leave behind material pursuits. Collaborates with technical staff and writes, reviews, edits original content for clarity, compliance and key messages. Works with pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including providing business intelligence on clients, competitors and HNTB. Organizes and facilitates pursuit strategy meetings. Supports client service teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings, as well as participating in client service team meetings. Leads training and education for new hires, continued education and newly identified tools. Provides input on recruitment, hiring, development, and retention of staff, including developing a plan for staff reporting, performance and compensation reviews, and succession. Responsible for coordinating schedules and approving timecards. Aids in establishing employees’ objectives and provides feedback from clients while coaching and mentoring their team. Performs other duties as assigned.
