Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve work-in-process issues, ensuring seamless production flow.
- Proactively ensure operational compliance to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to our Maintenance Planner, Inventory Specialist, and Supply Chain Analyst.
- Oversee our facility's CMMS program and data management, continuously refining policies to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and implement maintenance KPIs and MDI metrics to drive facility goals and performance.
- Manage inventory and maintenance budget effectively to optimize resources.
- Coordinate OEM Technician inspections and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Act as a subject matter expert for equipment troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Recommend and implement process and equipment improvements to drive operational excellence; reliability engineering focus
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive continuous improvement.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and results.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, including RCI, 3P, Value Stream Mapping, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
