Our HNI Development Program is a one-year rotational program designed to develop emerging early career business professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our organization in various marketing functions. What You Have:
- Prospective candidates are required to hold a Four-year degree in Engineering or Industrial
- Technology prior to their start date.
- Minimum 2.8 GPA
- High academic achievement in their education pursuits
- Engineering internship/work experience is highly preferred

- Strong leadership characteristics and active in college activities
