- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, and personal lines solutions
- Identify and close cross-sell and bundling opportunities
- Manage a high volume of quotes and policy transactions efficiently
- Provide clear, professional guidance to help customers make informed decisions
- Maintain accurate activity and policy records in CRM and agency systems
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
- Collaborate with team members to drive overall performance and growth

Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
- Strong ability to close business and identify cross-sell opportunities
