What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hiring Pool Builders – Jacksonville, FL position at HN Construction?
We are looking for Pool Contractors in Jacksonville to join our team. A pool contractor working with us can expect to make anywhere from $10,000 to $30,000 per month, depending on the number and size of projects they complete. There is a very high potential to earn with our company as long as you are professional, communicative, and dedicated.
THIS IS A FULL TIME, CONTRACT position. We will send you enough work to keep you busy throughout the week.
Here is how our business works:
- We source homeowners who need estimates using paid advertisements.
- Our dedicated sales team meets with the homeowner, leaves a great impression, understands their project requirements, prices the estimate, and closes the job.
- Our design team designs project renders for the estimate.
- We generate the proposal and send it to the client. Example proposal:

- Once the contract is signed and the deposit is collected, we assign the project to you.
- You complete the construction project from start to finish while maintaining great communication with the homeowner.
- The homeowner sends payment to YOU, and you send us 25% of the total project value. You keep 75% of the total project value.
IMPORTANT:
Once you apply and answer the basic questions, we will call you for a phone call interview.
If you pass the phone call interview, we will enter a partnership agreement and begin sending you up to 3-5 projects per month.
GREAT COMMUNICATION, HIGH-QUALITY WORK, AND ENGLISH PROFICIENCY ARE REQUIRED.
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
