Our SMs are coaches, guiding their team to success. We’re looking for experienced and detailed SM’s who drive the success of our restaurant operations and help create unbelievable guest experiences.

A great HMSHost Shift Manager is someone who:

• Has a passion for hospitality, customer service, and serving our teams as they serve customers
• Believes that when associates feel great at work, the restaurant will achieve exceptional results
• Oversee daily operations and ensure our restaurant runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Take charge of scheduling, staffing, and ensuring smooth shifts.
• Manages competing priorities without sacrificing operational quality
• Treats everyone with respect and shows appreciation for a job well done
• Enjoys a fun, fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow

Qualifications:

• 2 years of food & beverage experience, including cash handling and customer service
• 6 months of supervisory or lead experience in a casual dine or production kitchen setting
• Demonstrated flexibility as a dynamic leader, ready to take on various shifts at various times
