- Typical Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Conducts implementation and monitoring activities for a variety of HR programs; typically supports multiple teams/ department within a function.
- Identifies opportunities to enhance the employee experience and partners with management to develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Implements talent management strategies and assists with training on performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development etc.
- Analyzes HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders on workforce trends, employee performance, and HR strategy effectiveness.
- Works closely with leaders to identify and develop internal talent and helps identify opportunities for high potentials to stretch and learn in areas across the organization.
Salary : $68,000 - $133,000
