Position Summary
Provides support to THM/DCT department through operation, maintenance and programming of soldering and assembly machinery.
Essential Job Functions
Operation, Maintenance and Programming of Selective Solder equipment
Operation, Maintenance and Programming of Cut and Clinch equipment
Help train new operators and assemblers as needed
Perform rework on boards as needed
Communicate with all levels of the organization
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work cell
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Electronics assembly, operating and/or programming selective solder equipment preferred
