- Supervise and lead daily nursing activities within the facility
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and care team to maintain care standards
- Support and guide CNAs and other nursing staff
- Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment
- Staffing ratio: 1:13, allowing for strong patient focus and quality care
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN/LVN)
- Current, active, and unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A passion for caring for veterans and making a difference
