GENERAL POSITION OVERVIEW

Perform daily banking transaction including remote deposit, wire, and check processing. Prepare and maintain daily cash reports and reconciliations. Prepare and extract daily transaction reports. Process daily AP wire payments and A/R Refunds including VIP refunds. Manage and upload daily check transaction for validation by bank system (Positive Pay). Input bank transactions in to SAP system.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

• Maintain bank balances and prepare daily cash report for multiple bank accounts
• Monitor daily incoming wires & ACHs/Check deposits/returned payments and notify A/R or A/P dept.
• Upload daily bank Report and monthly bank Statement
• Perform daily transaction in online banking platform (CashPro)
• Perform Reconciliation and confirmation of A/R receipt data
• Record of banking transaction in COMPASS and SAP system
• Upload cleared checks
• Void/reissue checks and process stop check payments.
• Process payments (Wires/ACH/checks)
• Process A/R refund checks and VIP rebate
• Checks Remote Deposit
• Communicate with CashPro helpdesk to resolve the issues raised by A/R or A/P dept.
• Inform HQ in Korea of daily remittance
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to utilize online banking platform
• Able to input/transact in SAP or another ERP system
• Experience in corporate banking environment
• Experience in A/R Receipts and A/P wire payments processing

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• This position may be required to complete other duties as assigned by Manager or Department Head

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• College education graduate preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year industry experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

• General knowledge in banking platform (CashPro)
• A/P, A/R, GL function in SAP & COMPASS
• MS Office especially Excel
• Preferred: Bilingual in English and Korean due to internal communications with Seoul HQ

ENVIRONMENT / EQUIPMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Normal office environment uses computer, calculator, telephone, fax, copy machine, printer, and document shredder.

The pay range listed for this position is the anticipated starting salary or wage range, and the final offered rate will be based on individual merit and the relative compensation of employees in similar positions.
