Job Description:
As a Marketing Generalist at HMI Company, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive sales. With digital design, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling content, managing social media channels, and supporting various marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns, with a focus on visually engaging content.
- Uphold brand standards across all print and digital assets for HMI, RaiseRite, and Foamjection.
- Design and create engaging content for social media, website, email marketing, Youtube, and other marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- Assist with vehicle wrap designs and communications, ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop video content for various purposes, including customer testimonials, product demonstrations, and training materials.
- Assist with the production and inventory of marketing materials for training events and promotional activities.
- Create and collaborate engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Support trade show preparation, including booth design, marketing materials, and promotional items.
- Contribute to email marketing campaigns and design visually appealing email templates.
- Assist in the creation of instructional materials and visual aids for equipment.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and online advertising, through an external digital marketing agency. (Provide design input and ensure brand consistency)
- Coordinate and attend HMI customer training seminars.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role, with a strong focus on digital design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or similar design tools).
- Experience with digital marketing management and reporting tools.
- Experience with video editing and production.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
