We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and provide exceptional mental health care to our community. This position offers a consistent daytime schedule in an office setting, allowing you to make a significant impact while maintaining personal and professional equilibrium.

Schedule:

• Standard Hours: 20 hours per week 
• Shift: Primarily daytime hours
• Weekend & Holiday Work: Required as needed to ensure continuity of care
• On-Call: On-call commitment is required

In this role, you will be a vital part of our multidisciplinary team, responsible for conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing medication management. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments to diagnose mental health disorders.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, adjusting as necessary.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to our dedicated team of mental health professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Current, unrestricted state medical license.
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.

Compensation
HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. Minimum rate of $132.21 Hourly. Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.

Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered. 

In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20 hours/week) positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.
