Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused outside sales professional who enjoys being in the field, meeting customers, and turning conversations into real business.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in material handling, racking, or industrial products who already understands the market and wants to leverage existing relationships to generate additional income.
What You'll Do
Develop and grow business within your local market, including travel to nearby areas
Conduct regular in-person visits with distributors, integrators, and warehouse customers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries requiring storage solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Prepare quotes and provide practical product recommendations based on customer needs
Maintain and grow your own book of business
Track activities and manage leads effectively
Who You Are
2-7 years of B2B sales or business development experience (material handling, racking, or industrial products preferred)
Strong understanding of warehouse challenges such as space optimization, inventory growth, and cost efficiency
A true self-starter with a strong hunter mentality
Existing relationships with distributors, integrators, or warehouse operators preferred
Comfortable with face-to-face customer visits and regional travel
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven and able to work independently
