Holston Medical Group is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated Hospitalist Team. This is a full-time opportunity for a provider with 1-3 years of hospitalist or acute care experience, offering a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule for an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of HMG Hospitalists to provide inpatient care.
- Perform history and physicals, patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions in the hospital setting.
- Coordinate care with specialists, nursing staff, and case management.
- Ensure timely documentation and communication of patient progress.
