RESTORATIVE AIDE/CNA
- M-F 8a-5p
Job Responsibilities:
Provides residents with routine restorative nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment, care plan and as directed by supervisors.
- Ensures resident’s needs are met while maintaining the highest degree of dignity.
- Documents care on Rehabilitation/Restorative flow sheet.
- Notifies restorative nurse coordinator or appropriate therapy department of any problems,
- referrals or reassessments needed.
- Reports significant change in resident’s condition or motivational level to the charge nurse.
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing in Kansas
Knowledge / Experience:
- Completion of a restorative nurse aide training program preferred
- 6 months of experience in long-term care as a restorative aide preferred
Licensure / Certifications:
- CNA License in Kansas
