Smoky Hill is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to join our HMG Team!
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Job Expectations:
Establish an ongoing viable network of referral sources that supports the facility and ensures the census and program goals of the facility are achieved and maintained.
Requirements:
Education / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- College graduate or College experience preferred
Knowledge / Experience Reguired:
- At least 2 year of healthcare marketing and/or experience with admissions required.
- Long term care experience and/or comparable experience in a healthcare setting required.
- Performed bedside evaluations.
- Experience working with hospital case managers.
- Ability to work effectively with all members of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated and creative individual with an ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities
- Excellent time management skills
