Must Need:
- Has Experience of multiple project delivery as Implementor (Hands on development)
- Well experienced with Platform management, Upgrades and License utilization
- Must have experience of managing Deployments (Update Set) migration and related automation
- Well versed with Custom App, Workspace & UI Builder development
- Handon experience of Integration design and development
- Experience of UI development in ServiceNow using React
- Has experience of ServiceNow AI for Build Agent usage
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, SAM and HAM
